Policy
1. Please be informed that registration is not transferable to another person.
2. Registration will only be valid when payment is received in full by the Malaysian Health Economic Association (MAHEA)/Casemix Solutions Sdn Bhd.
3. An acknowledgement Registration Confirmation email will be sent to participants once the payments are completed successfully.
4. All Oral & Poster Presenters must register for the main conference upon submission of abstract.
5. For On-site registration, ONLY CASH and ONLINE TRANSFER in Ringgit Malaysia will be accepted.
6. The organising committee reserves the right to change or cancel the programme without prior notice if circumstances dictate.
7. Registration package includes ONLY:
a. Entry for all 2 days
b. Entrance for Pre-Conference Workshop are only for those who registered.
c. Name tag with lanyard and plastic pouch
d. Conference bag
e. Entrance to the lecture halls. (Except visitors and accompanying persons)
f. Lunch & tea breaks for 2 days. (Except visitors and accompanying persons)
8. Each Re-Print Name Tag will be charged RM10.
1. Cancellation of registration ON or BEFORE 01/09/2024: Refunded amount 50% of registration fee
After 01/09/2024: NO REFUND
*Cancellation policy is strictly adhered to, and NO appeal shall be entertained
