Abstract Submission
For the oral (free paper) or poster presentation, please submit your abstract here.
The abstract must be presented in the following order:
- Title page
- Abstract (or summary for case reports):
- Should be unstructured abstract (no headings such as: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion).
- References not allowed in abstracts.
- Below the abstract, provide 3 to 10 key words that will assist indexers in cross-indexing the article.
- Words should not be more than 250 words and please use Please use 12-point Arial or Times New Roman font.
3. Oral presentations (free paper) will be 8 minutes followed by a 5-minute question period.
4. E-Poster presentation will be 3 minutes, and 2 minutes will be allocated for the Q&A session.

E-Poster Submission
For the e-poster presentation, please submit your poster here.
E-Poster Format:
- Please submit your E-Poster as a 1-page PDF file in landscape orientation. You may use a template that can be downloaded HERE. The full instructions and details for poster submission can be viewed HERE.
2. You are required to present your E-Poster within 3 minutes, and 2 minutes will be allocated for the Q&A session.
3. Please rename your file as follows: Presenter Name_Presentation Title
4. Language: Prepare your E-Poster in English.
5. File format: Submit as a 1-page PDF.
6. Orientation: Use PowerPoint Landscape Layout 16×9 (widescreen) and save it as PDF.
7. Fonts: Use Arial, Calibri, Verdana, Times New Roman, or Helvetica.
8. Font size: At least 11 points.
9. File size: Less than 5 MB.
10. Do not include hyperlinks, animations, or videos.
11. QR Codes are allowed.
12. Images and tables: Use at least 200 dpi for good quality.
13. Use copy-paste for inserting images, photos, and tables. Do not embed documents.
14. Avoid overlapping objects and layers. Only the final view will be visible.
15. Do not use symbols or special characters (like */@/#) in the file name when saving your PDF.For Research Review, please include the following: Introduction, Literature studies, Discussion, Conclusion and References.
16. File size: Maximum of 4 Megabytes (4MB).
